With our knowledge of prenatal and postnatal needs, our Pilates pregnancy programme has been designed to suit women during this time. The exercises can be modified to meet the specific needs of each mother, helping them to cope with the physical stresses of pregnancy. 

Prenatal Pilates has an emphasis on breath, alignment and body control. 

Exercising during pregnancy will help to reduce any pelvic instability issues that may arise. It can help with the constant stress on posture due to the growing bump and change in breast size that also occurs. Exercising during pregnancy may promote a speedier postpartum recovery and mums are more likely to return to an exercise programme if they worked out during the pregnancy.
